To use or access our encrypted conference bridges remotely, you will need to download the "3CXPhone.apk" for Android and "3CX_MDM.apk" file download from this page. Do not use any other version of "3CX" other than what is available here as there are multiple versions that have been published but WILL NOT WORK on our system. Be sure to apply settings to your Android phone to download from other Non-Google Play locations in the administrator section before you download and install this file. We will email you a .prof (profile configuration file) to install into the install location on your android phone. Without this .prof file you can not access the encrypted services remotely. 3CX_MDM must be installed first before 3CXPhone and properly logged in under our PBX control before configuration is sent for your phone. Your cell phone must be account secured with 3CX_MDM on our PBX trunk system before installation and access with 3CXPhone is permitted.

Other additional files for assisting with the "3CXPhone.apk" install. The "Astro File Manager.apk" will help you copy, cut or paste the .prof file we email you for phone setup. In any event that you can not install the 3CX app due to the Andriod OS version (mimimum Froyo 2.2.2 required) try these other dialers apps below. Talkatone is for a Google Voice Account only.
